Job Description

- Complete maintenance activities of the plant – Machinery, Equipment, Electrical & DG.
- Repairs, Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Gear Mfg. Machines such as Hobbing, Shaving, Gear Grinding, ID-OD Grinding, CNC Turnmill Centres, VMC etc…
- To build, lead & manage the team for upkeep of the plant for production. Involves repairs and reconditioning & up-gradation of machines.

Candidate Profile

- 8-10 Years of Experience in reputed Engineering Products Manufacturing Companies, in handling repairs of CNC, PLC & Automatic Machines.
- Prior Experience in Gears & Transmission Products Mfg. Companies with hands on experience in repairs and maintenance of Gear Machinery, CNC Machines, Testing Equipment etc.. preferred.
- Expertise in Hydraulics, Pneumatic, Mechatronics, CNC Systems, Machining processes a must.




- Knowledge of various Machining & Manufacturing Processes.
- Knowledge of ISO/TQM Quality system.

Educational Qualification

- B.E/B.Tech – Mech / Mechatronics / Electrical / Production
or
- Diploma – Mech / Mechatronics / Electrical / Production
