1. Store Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall café operations.

- Achieve sales and profitability targets.

- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.

- Ensure excellent customer service.

- Control inventory, food cost, and labour cost.

- Maintain hygiene, quality, and SOP compliance.

- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the operations team.

Experience: 3+ years in QSR, Café, or Restaurant.

2. Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager in daily operations.

- Supervise team members during shifts.

- Handle customer concerns professionally.

- Monitor stock, cash handling, and billing.

- Ensure food quality and cleanliness standards.

- Assist in staff training and scheduling.

Experience: 2+ years in QSR, Café, or Restaurant.

3. Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage smooth operations during assigned shifts.

- Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.





- Ensure timely food and beverage preparation.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

- Handle cash, shift reports, and inventory checks.

- Resolve customer issues promptly.

Experience: 1-2 years in QSR, Café, or Restaurant.

4. Team Member

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and serve customers with a positive attitude.

- Take orders and process billing.

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks.

- Maintain cleanliness of the café and work area.

- Follow food safety and company SOPs.

- Support daily store operations as required.

Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
