About Us
Blue Whale Migration Services LLC is a reputed immigration consultancy providing end-to-end migration and visa processing services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Immigration Processing Officer to manage client files and ensure smooth application processing

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end processing of immigration and visa applications.
- Review, verify, and organize client documents as per immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with sales consultants and clients for missing or updated documents.
- Prepare and submit applications accurately within defined timelines.
- Track application status and provide regular updates to internal teams.




- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company and immigration authority guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Immigration Processing Head or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PR, work visas, and overseas immigration processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple files and work under deadlines.
