About the Role

SJCS Technologies is looking for an experienced and well-connected Academic Partnership & Training Manager to build relationships with engineering colleges and bring student training batches to our organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong connections with Engineering Colleges, Placement Officers, TPOs, HODs, Principals, College Management, and Training & Placement Departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Academic Partnerships, College Relations, Business Development, or Student Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with Engineering Colleges and Educational Institutions.
- Connect with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, TPOs, and College Management.
- Identify colleges interested in student training, internships, workshops, and certification programs.
- Generate and bring student batches for training programs conducted by SJCS Technologies.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops, and demo sessions in colleges.
- Promote training programs including:
- Web Development
- Digital Marketing
- Generative AI
- Data Analytics with Gen AI
- Cyber Security
- UI/UX Design
- Develop long-term partnerships and tie-ups with engineering colleges.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to plan and deliver training batches.
- Manage the complete process from college discussion to batch formation.
- Achieve monthly targets for college partnerships and student enrollment.




- Maintain regular follow-up with colleges and ensure successful program execution.

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Partnerships, EdTech, Training Institutes, Business Development, College Relations, or Student Acquisition.
- Strong existing contacts with Engineering Colleges will be highly preferred.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and communicate with Principals, HODs, TPOs, Placement Officers, and College Management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate student training batches.
- Willingness to travel to colleges for meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with proven college contacts and experience in bringing student batches will be preferred.
