Relevant Experience to include:

· Solid & Proficiency in DB2 and Postgres

· Proficiency Linux/Unix Command Line

· Proficiency in MySQL

· Web application support

· Basic Intermediate Shell Scripts and Pearl Scripts.

· Hands-on Log Analysis, Dashboards, SOAP UI, Monitoring & Alerting

· Development/Software Engineer background

· Hands-on Application Support tools like Kibana, Log monitoring tools, Splunk, Git, Putty, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Azure, DBeaver, Postman, Kibanaetc.

· Experience in Analysis and Defect fixes - L2 Level of Skills.

· Hands-on in SFTP

· Understanding of hospital and/or healthcare systems preferred (Materials Management, Accounts Payable and General Ledger)

· Basic knowledge in Docker.

RequiredSkills

· College or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Business Administration or another relevant field is desired.

· 3+ years’ experience in operations support role in eCommerce, retail organization with knowledge of purchase orders and invoices.

· Experience in Incident management

· Experience in Monitoring and Alerting

· Experience in Onboarding and Implementation





· Experience in Dashboards and application support tools.

· Proficiency/fluency of English language, spoken and written Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

· Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

· Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability. Excellent attention to detail; ability to review and correct own work and quality check documents with speed and accuracy.

· Able to work under a flexible schedule based on business needs.

· Expertise in reviewing application error logs.

· Understanding of UI, Cross-browser compatibility, Batch jobs, Message brokers, general web functions and standards

· A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.

Pay: ₹206,562.43 - ₹350,610.65 per year
