We are hiring a Finance Accountant with experience in the construction industry to manage financial operations, reporting, and cost control across projects. The role requires strong knowledge of project-based accounting and coordination with internal departments.
Salary & Experience
● ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
● Experience: 4–6 years (construction industry mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records
● Handle project-wise accounts payable and receivable
● Manage vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and financial documentation
● Track project expenses and monitor budget utilization
● Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries
● Verify BOQs, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders
● Perform vendor and subcontractor account reconciliation
● Maintain payment schedules and financial records accurately
● Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams for financial planning
● Support management in cost control and financial efficiency
● Ensure compliance with GST,
TDS, and statutory requirements
● Maintain books in Tally / accounting software
Requirements
● 4–6 years of experience in construction or real estate accounting
● Strong knowledge of project-based accounting & cost management
● Experience in GST, TDS, and financial compliance
● Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools
● Strong coordination and reporting skills
