We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about financial markets and derivatives trading.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Derivatives Trader with 1 Yrs -10 Yrs of hands-on experience in Equity & Index Derivatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Futures & Options, Option Selling, Hedging, Risk Management, and Strategy Development. The role involves identifying trading opportunities, executing derivatives strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing trading portfolios in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Execute and manage trades in Equity & Index Derivatives, including Futures & Options (F&O;).
- Develop and implement option selling, hedging, and derivatives trading strategies.
- Analyze market trends, price action, Option Chain data, Open Interest (OI), and Option Greeks to identify trading opportunities.
- Apply technical analysis and market research to support trading decisions.
- Monitor trading positions, portfolio performance, MTM, and P&L; while managing risk exposure.
- Adapt trading strategies based on market conditions, volatility, and evolving market dynamics.
- Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with research analysts and trading teams to enhance strategy effectiveness and trading outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce,



Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Equity & Index Derivatives Trading.
- Proven experience in Futures & Options Trading, Hedging, Option Selling, and Strategy Development.
- Experience working in proprietary trading firms, broking houses, investment advisory firms, or financial institutions will be preferred.

Preferred Certifications:-

- NISM Research Analyst Certification
- NISM Derivatives Certification
- CMT (Chartered Market Technician)
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
- FRM (Financial Risk Manager)

Compensation: -

Basic Salary (70%) + Performance based incentives (30%)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
