Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You will assist in managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting branding initiatives under the guidance of the Production Manager and Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging captions, reels, stories, and social media content.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for creative assets.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally when required.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Maintain the company's brand voice across all platforms.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and corporate events.




- Coordinate with the Production Manager for content planning and execution.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic portfolio or sample social media work is an added advantage.
