We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team The role involves end-to-end recruitment management from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn employee referrals and other channels Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple roles Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in-house or agency Strong understanding of sourcing techniques recruitment tools and job portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office experience with ATS Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and growing team Career growth in HR and recruitment strategy Supportive work workplace with a focus on learning and development Structured work hours Monday to Friday 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM
