About ZipBooks ZipBooks Software Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in ERP CRM and customized software solutions We work with businesses across industries to streamline operations improve productivity and enable digital transformation At ZipBooks we believe in innovation teamwork and providing a platform for our employees to learn grow and build impactful careers Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Support Engineer to join our team The role involves providing functional and technical support for ERP systems handling user queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP modules and good problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Provide first-line ERP support to end users Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules Finance HRMS Inventory Sales Purchase etc Assist in ERP implementation testing and upgrades Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes enhancements and new requirements Document user issues resolutions and process improvements Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries Required Skills Qualifications Education-BE BTECH MCA MSCIT BCA MTECH 1-4 years of experience in ERP support ERP implementation Knowledge of SQL queries databases preferred Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Exposure to ERP platforms such as Tally ERP SAP B1 Oracle ERP Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Job Type Full time Work Location In person
