The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the hospital s technology systems to ensure smooth secure and effective operations This role will report directly to the Unit Manager Key Responsibilities Technology System Management Support and maintain hospital IT infrastructure networks servers hardware and software Assist in implementing technology solutions such as Electronic Health Records EHR and hospital software systems Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime Project Support Implementation Coordinate and support IT-related projects within the unit Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget Work closely with the central IT team for system upgrades and new implementations Team User Support Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware software and networking issues Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in coordination with the unit and central IT team Security Compliance Implement security measures firewalls data protection access controls Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient data security standards Problem-Solving Troubleshoot IT issues quickly and effectively Suggest practical solutions for improving system performance and reliability Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
