The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving and optimizing the company s direct-to-consumer D2C online sales channel through Shopify This role involves overseeing digital marketing website operations customer experience logistics coordination and performance analytics to ensure consistent business growth and superior customer engagement Key Roles Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations of the Shopify platform Manage and Improve sales inventory mechanism including Sales and Inventory KPI Create various strategies and techniques to improve conversion rate and ROAS Ensure timely listing of new SKUs to maximize advertising and sales opportunities Oversee UI UX enhancements and continuously optimize the customer journey to drive improved engagement and user experience Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and adequate stock availability Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking processes as required Analyze sales trends customer behavior and marketing campaign performance to generate actionable insights Develop and present reports using Google Analytics Shopify Analytics CRM platforms VWO and other analytical tools Ensure secure and seamless payment processes adhering to encryption and data protection protocols Requirements 4-8 Years of proven expertise in managing Shopify and scaling online sales in overseas market Solid understanding of CRO SEO and customer retention strategies Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools Google Ads Meta Ads GA4 Basic familiarity with HTML CSS preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Prior experience in the FMCD industry and oversees market will be an added advantage AgeF
