We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and lead scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation You will work closely with stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver optimized ITSM integrations and automation strategies Key Responsibilities Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture Collaborate with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as the standard digital platform Ensure instance health reduce technical debt and align with best practices Lead workshops to capture requirements validate solutions and drive process improvements Design and deliver solutions across ITSM Service Portal Integrations and Data Migration Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity Key Skills Qualifications 9-12 years experience with ServiceNow including ITSM and Service Portal Solid expertise in Integration and Data Migration exposure to Virtual Agent is a plus Hands-on experience designing ServiceNow workflows in ITSM CSM HR ITOM or SecOps Strong understanding of ITIL Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience working with international teams and stakeholders Excellent communication problem-solving and collaboration skills Certifications ServiceNow certifications preferred Send your CV to The role is available in the following locations Indore Ahmedabad Hyderabad Bangalore
