Job Title Technical Consultant Organization Premansh Foundation Location NOIDA SECTOR-62 Type Permanent Compensation As per experience and expertise About Premansh Foundation Premansh Foundation is a not-for-profit organization based at Noida U P committed to creating sustainable impact in the areas of health skills education environment and community development We work closely with government institutions corporates and grassroots communities to design and implement innovative social development projects Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Consultant who will provide strategic and subject-matter expertise to strengthen the Foundation s programs The consultant will support project design technical documentation training and monitoring to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in program design planning and execution for different thematic areas- Health Skill Development Education Nutrition others Develop technical documents reports training modules videos and resource materials Support capacity-building workshops for field teams community stakeholders and partners Conduct research data analysis and prepare reports concept notes and proposals Ensure compliance with donor and government guidelines in program implementation Provide guidance for monitoring evaluation and impact assessment of programs Liaise with subject experts government officials and partners and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of the organizations Requirements Master s degree in Social Work Public Health Rural Development Education Environmental Science or related fields 1-3 years of experience in the development sector preferably in NGOs or CSR projects Qualified Freshers are also encouraged to apply Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the focus areas Health Skills Nutrition Education or Setting Experience in project design proposal writing and donor reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hindi and English regional language proficiency an added advantage Strong analytical documentation and presentation skills Preferred Skills Attributes Prior experience working with government programs CSR initiatives or international development agencies Ability to conduct trainings workshops and technical sessions in schools colleges community Strong coordination and networking skills Self-driven detail-oriented and able to work independently What We Offer Opportunity to contribute to high-impact social initiatives Platform to apply technical expertise in real-world development challenges Flexible and collaborative work environment Remuneration will be as per experience and contribution Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Application Question s Do you have good working knowledge of Excel Canva and Power-point presentation Do you have prior work experience in NGO fund-raising activities Experience NGO work 1 year Required Work Location In person
