Savis Realty is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in property management leasing and investment solutions We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices VAT compliance and Corporate Tax filing Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements reports and records Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations including VAT return filing and reconciliation Handle UAE Corporate Tax computations filing and compliance with FTA regulations Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly management reports Monitor cash flow expenses and profitability Coordinate with auditors external consultants and banks Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely record keeping Support management with financial analysis for decision-making Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance or related field Professional qualification CA ACCA CPA CMA is an advantage Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry preferred Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws filing procedures and compliance Hands-on experience in UAE Corporate Tax filing and regulations Proficiency in accounting software Tally QuickBooks Zoho or similar Strong MS Excel and analytical skills Excellent knowledge of IFRS and UAE accounting standards Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Competitive salary package Visa will be provided Annual leave as per UAE labor law Health insurance Professional growth and training opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 48 089 00 - 72 134 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Gandhinagar Gujarat Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 2 years Required
