Academic Dean Institution Dune Institute of Modern Marketing DUNE Location Hyderabad India Role Overview The Academic Dean serves as the chief academic leader of the institute responsible for shaping the academic vision ensuring high-quality program delivery fostering innovation in teaching and learning and aligning DUNE s programs with industry and global standards in digital marketing AI and modern business education Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Provide strategic direction for curriculum development academic standards and program quality assurance Program Development Oversee design and enhancement of degree diploma and certification programs in digital marketing AI ML and business Faculty Management Recruit mentor and evaluate faculty members encourage research industry collaboration and teaching excellence Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with accreditation regulatory guidelines and institutional policies Student Success Drive initiatives to improve student engagement learning outcomes and career readiness Industry Integration Build strong partnerships with corporate stakeholders digital agencies and global academic collaborators to keep programs future-ready Innovation Promote experiential learning models such as Do Challenges and encourage adoption of new-age pedagogy ed-tech platforms and global exposure opportunities Governance Reporting Advise the Managing Director and Governing Council on academic matters budgets and strategic growth Qualifications Experience Doctorate or Master s degree in Marketing Business or related discipline PhD preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive academic industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong track record in curriculum design accreditation processes and academic administration Proven experience in digital marketing AI modern business education will be an added advantage Excellent leadership communication and networking skills Key Attributes Visionary academic leader with entrepreneurial mindset Commitment to global standards and innovative pedagogy Ability to balance academic rigor with industry relevance Passion for student development and career success Job Type Full time Pay 29 443 92 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
