Job Title Academic Coordinator Location Andheri Mumbai Qualification Any Associate Degree Bachelor s preferred Experience 0-3 years Freshers with strong communication organizational skills may also apply Salary Range 30 000 - 35 000 per month Gender Open Male Female About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organized Academic Coordinator to support academic operations ensure smooth scheduling assist faculty and students and maintain academic quality standards The role requires excellent communication skills multitasking ability and solid coordination skills to bridge between management teachers and students Key Responsibilities 1 Academic Administration Assist in planning and scheduling academic calendars timetables and examinations Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth delivery of lessons and academic activities Maintain student attendance academic records and progress reports 2 Student Support Act as the first point of contact for student queries and academic concerns Guide students regarding schedules examinations and academic requirements Organize student orientation and support academic counselling activities 3 Faculty Management Coordination Support faculty with teaching materials classroom management and event organization Prepare academic reports for management review Ensure communication between students faculty and administration is efficient 4 Events Compliance Assist in organizing academic workshops seminars and events Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational guidelines Key Skills Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and basic data management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Student-centric and problem-solving mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
