Job Title Telecaller Job Summary We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in the hospitality sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls converting inquiries into bookings providing accurate information about our services and ensuring excellent customer service This role is essential to enhancing guest satisfaction and boosting reservations Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly Promote hotel resort services packages and special offers to potential guests Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings Assist guests with reservation-related queries including room availability pricing and amenities Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings in the system CRM PMS Coordinate with the reservations front office and sales team to ensure smooth guest experience Provide detailed and accurate information about the property location services and policies Meet daily weekly call and conversion targets set by the management Address and resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively Requirements High school diploma or equivalent degree in hospitality or related field is a plus Proven experience as a telecaller telesales representative or in customer service preferably in hospitality Excellent verbal communication in English and Add regional languages if required Confident polite and persuasive telephone manner Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems or CRM tools is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Strong organizational and multitasking skills Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
