Job Title Data Entry Operator - Billing PO General Data Entry Location Makarpura Vadodara Work Timing 10 00 AM to 06 30 PM Monday to Saturday Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for our Makarpura Vadodara location The role involves handling data entry tasks related to Billing Purchase Orders PO and other routine entry work The ideal candidate should have good typing speed basic knowledge of MS Office and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data entry tasks Key Responsibilities Enter and update billing PO and related data in internal systems or Excel sheets Ensure all data is accurate complete and entered in a timely manner Coordinate with the Accounts Purchase and Operations teams to gather and verify data Maintain digital and physical records of documents related to billing and POs Assist in preparing basic reports when required Perform regular data backups and maintain data confidentiality Carry out additional administrative and office-related tasks as assigned Requirements Education Minimum 12th Pass Diploma or Graduation is preferred Experience 0-2 years in a data entry or billing-related role Freshers can apply Skills Required Good typing speed with attention to detail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Understanding of billing and PO entry is an added advantage Solid organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
