Job description The Chip Level Technical Service Engineer is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining electronic hardware at both system and chip level This includes troubleshooting faults replacing defective components and ensuring reliable operation of equipment The role involves in office and in-house service preventive maintenance and customer technical support Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults at component and chip level on PCs laptops industrial controllers and other electronics Perform soldering desoldering and replacement of integrated circuits ICs SMD components and other hardware parts Use diagnostic tools multimeter oscilloscope BGA rework station etc for fault identification and repair Conduct preventive maintenance and testing to ensure equipment reliability Maintain detailed service reports and repair records Provide technical support and guidance to customers on hardware-related issues Collaborate with R D and quality teams to improve product performance Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Electronics Electrical or Computer Engineering 2 years of experience in hardware repair with proven chip-level servicing expertise Strong knowledge of electronic circuits schematics and component testing Hands-on experience with precision repair tools and ESD-safe practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills For any further enquiries please contact -(phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have notice period Education Diploma Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
