Job Title BIM Project Executive - 4D BIM Project Coordination Location Hyderabad Department Digital Construction BIM Management Experience 2 Years Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BIM Project Executive to support 4D BIM implementation model quality management and digital construction reporting The role requires a civil engineering background combined with practical experience in BIM tools Power BI reporting and construction site coordination You will be responsible for aligning BIM outputs with schedule integration progress tracking and timely client deliverables Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients to collect Revit models clarify requirements and ensure quality control clearance Review and validate BIM models for 4D compliance ensuring alignment with project schedules Collaborate with internal BIM teams to prepare models in required formats for planning and integration Integrate 3D BIM models with construction schedules using 4D tool and ensure alignment with MBS Model Breakdown Structure Liaise with site teams to collect weekly progress data and maintain up-to-date 4D models Maintain and manage trackers including model QC 4D status deliverables and issue logs Ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables without client escalations Address and resolve client queries and escalations through standardized workflows Prepare and share project progress reports with stakeholders Create dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs progress status and planned vs actual performance Support project planning through data automation visual reports and decision-making tools Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering mandatory 2 years of experience in site project BIM coordination and project planning Basics in Revit Navisworks etc Scheduling knowledge with MS Project Hands-on experience on Power BI for reporting and analytics Effective communication and documentation skills for client and team collaboration Job Type Full time Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
