Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Male to join our finance team The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in accounting financial reporting tax compliance and internal controls The role requires strong analytical skills integrity and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries journal entries and account reconciliations Oversee accounts payable and receivable payroll processing and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards Ensure timely tax filings GST TDS Income Tax and manage compliance requirements Support budgeting and forecasting processes with relevant financial insights Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management Maintain documentation and internal controls in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Master s or CA Inter preferred 5-6 years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books SAP Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards taxation laws and statutory compliance Excellent Excel and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience in industry name e g manufacturing retail FMCG Working knowledge of ERP systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Work Environment Office-based role with standard working hours Female candidates are encouraged to apply to promote workplace diversity Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
