Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site In-Charge to manage and supervise interior design and fit-out work at project sites The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations coordinating with contractors and vendors ensuring project timelines and maintaining high standards of quality and safety Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage interior work execution at the site including carpentry electrical plumbing false ceiling painting and other finishes Coordinate with the design team vendors contractors and clients to ensure smooth project flow Ensure timely availability of materials and verify quality before installation Monitor project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery Maintain site cleanliness organization and safety compliance Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings Prepare daily progress reports and escalate issues as needed Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design specifications and BOQ Resolve on-site issues and ensure work is progressing as per plan Supervise labor force and maintain discipline at the site Qualifications Skills Diploma or Bachelor s in Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field 3-7 years of experience in site supervision preferably in interior fit-outs Strong understanding of materials construction methods and interior finishes Proficiency in reading technical drawings Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Familiar with basic MS Office tools and site reporting apps Contact Number (phone hidden) Email Id hr rmeiipl in Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 25 07 2025
