Contract Details Duration 6 to 12 months with possible multiple extensions Work Timing 8 30 AM IST onwards Location Work Model Preferred Location Hyderabad India BFSI background Remote Option Exceptionally strong technical candidates may be considered for work from home from anywhere in India Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Full Stack Product Software Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust scalable and high-performance applications with a particular focus on product-based environments This is a contract role with the opportunity for extension Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for recent and existing features Drive the design and implementation of scalable robust and secure software solutions Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality adherence to standards and best practices Manage stakeholders effectively translating business requirements into technical specifications and communicating technical complexities clearly Contribute hands-on to coding efforts especially for complex modules or critical components Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Identify and implement process improvements and technical innovations Required Skills Experience Extensive experience 8 years preferred as a Full Stack Developer with significant experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role Experience in product-based companies Preffered Expertise in Java TypeScript and React for backend and frontend development Strong experience with SQL databases Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code Experience with GRPC for high-performance communication Familiarity with UI libraries such as MUI Material-UI Knowledge of Hashicorp tools e g Vault Consul Nomad is a plus Strong background in AWS cloud services e g EC2 S3 Lambda RDS VPC Proven ability in team leading staff mentorship and performance management Demonstrated experience in designing complex software systems Exceptional skills in code review and ensuring code quality Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills both technical and non-technical Ability to thrive in an agile development environment Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 2 000 000 00 - 3 200 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location Remote
