Experience 5 - 15 Years Location rcm state International Nature of Job After-Sales Job role Product Field SupportJOB DESCRIPTION Job Title IRU PDI Manager 2 3 4Wh Chetak 3Wh EV Department FunctionEBU LocationAKURDI Job Requirements Minimum educational Qualifications Batchelor s degree in Mechanical Automobile Engg Preferred educational qualifications Premium Engineering colleges Years of experience 4 years in Plant Field Age Min 25 Max 35 Key Competencies Technical Functional IRU and PDI process knowledge Product technical knowledge Dealer and distributor coordination Workshop and service process understanding Data management and system accuracy Training and communication skills Defect diagnosis and resolution Project coordination and follow-up Portal and digital tool usage Reporting and MIS preparation Behavioural EX - ACT - Continuously raise the bar Ensure results with speed Meet customer expectations Interactions With Internal External Communication with IB Service team Distributor team Plant and Vendors Communications with Plant Distributor Role Role Description IRU To ensure defect free supplies and receipt of export Goods Product Spares and Resolve the IRU issues reported by the Distributor team PDI To ensure defect free vehicle supplies to Channels from Mfg Assembly Plant to Distributor Key Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy completeness and timely updating of IB IRU system data Collaborate with Plant Service Managers vendors and other internal departments to gather technical specifications images and other relevant data cross-verifying for accuracy against standard references To co-ordinate with the Plant Distributor team to assimilate information related to conformance in CKD packing Support in creation of Portal login for new Distributors for Uploading Assigning IRU claims Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new Distributor and Service teams on IRU processes and portal data management best practices Understand the defects and in coordination with Plant provide solutions to resolve the defects Share PDI check list with Service team understand the problems reported and share with Plant for resolution Prepare the approved parts list and ensure that the approved parts are dispatched Management report for IRU and PDI to be shared monthly Develop and digitize IRU and Pre-Delivery Inspection PDI reports for enhanced efficiency and accessibility To finalize and share Impress parts list to the Distributors and ensure that Order has been placed Skills Proficiency required for the job Skills Skill Proficiency Required Low Medium High Mandatory SkillsMust Have skills for the job Strong working knowledge plus experience of computer software in AI Broad understanding of packing and Assembly process P P MS Office PowerPoint Excel Word P Preferred Skills Valuable to have but can be trained Knowledge on Products and good technical skillsP
