We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team The ideal candidate should be able to create a warm nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters early childhood development The teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote social emotional physical and cognitive growth in children aged 3 to 6 years Key Responsibilities Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans Foster a safe inclusive and positive classroom workplace Use storytelling games songs and hands-on activities to enhance learning Observe assess and document student progress regularly Collaborate with other teachers staff and parents for the child s overall development Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on child s progress Manage classroom materials supplies and hygiene standards Encourage creativity independence and self-confidence in children Follow school curriculum and guidelines and ensure timely completion of syllabus Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education ECCE B Ed preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills in English and local language if applicable Strong classroom management and organizational skills Creativity patience and a genuine love for working with children Familiarity with play-based and activity-based teaching methods Basic knowledge of child safety and first-aid is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay From 5 863 88 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
