We are a real estate development firm using technology to streamline internal operations We re hiring a Software Developer to help us automate and digitize various workflows ranging from CRM and task tracking to data extraction and dashboarding You ll work directly with the founding team to build practical lightweight internal tools that support real estate project planning lead management and operational tracking You ll also be responsible for scraping and integrating data from public portals e g WBHIRA KMC and online services e g via n8n or APIs Key Responsibilities Build and maintain internal dashboards CRM systems and task project trackers Design lightweight ERP-style tools to manage inventory leads and team workflows Automate data flows between internal systems and platforms e g via n8n custom scripts APIs Scrape structured unstructured data from government portals and other web sources Organize data into clean query able formats using SQL or MongoDB Support the founding team with tools for reporting approvals and performance tracking Required Skills 2 to 4 years of experience in software development Solid Python with experience using Selenium pandas Hands-on experience with web scraping and API integrations Familiarity with automation tools like n8n Zapier or custom Python workflows Database design using SQL or NoSQL MongoDB Ability to build clean user-friendly internal tools and dashboards Bonus Preferred Skills Experience with tools like Streamlit Dash or basic frontend frameworks Familiarity with PDF parsing OCR tools Basic knowledge of real estate workflows lead management or GIS data Prior experience building tools for non-technical users sales site teams etc Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Schedule Monday to Friday Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience CRM software 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
