Position - Site incharge civil interior Location - wadgaon sheri Pune Experience - min 2 yrs exp Responsibilities 1 Manage and provide guidance to the interior design team 2 Coordinate and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously 3 Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the team 4 Interact with clients understand their requirements and present design concepts 5 Review and approve design documentation for accuracy and compliance 6 Collaborate with other departments consultants and contractors 7 Ensure design quality and provide feedback to team members 8 Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation 9 Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with the team 10 Participate in presentations design reviews and meetings Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Previous experience in site engineering or construction supervision is preferred Knowledge of construction techniques materials and quality standards Familiarity with construction drawings plans and specifications Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction Proficiency in using construction management software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
