JOB DISCRIPTION Job Role Team lead Location Hyderabad Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead oversee the operations of our branch The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and stock market operations You will be responsible for driving sales growth maintaining branch operations generating leads and ensuring excellent customer service Strong knowledge of the stock market equity shares TDS and national stock market regulations is essential Key Responsibilities Sales Management Drive sales initiatives to achieve branch targets and growth objectives Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability Branch Operations Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies Manage branch staff including hiring training and performance evaluations Lead Generation Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the customer base Develop relationships with potential clients and partners to drive lead generation and business growth Customer Service Provide exceptional service to clients addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Stock Market Knowledge Stay updated on stock market trends equity shares and national stock market regulations Provide informed guidance to clients and staff regarding market activities Mutual Funds Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including TDS and other financial compliance requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required by regulatory bodies Reporting Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance sales metrics and market conditions to senior management Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations Requirements Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and stock market operations Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively Knowledge Strong understanding of stock market principles equity shares TDS and national stock market regulations Ability to stay informed about market trends and changes Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients and team members Leadership Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team Ability to drive performance and foster a positive work environment Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint and experience with branch management software and financial tools Preferred Qualifications Certification NISM National Institute of Securities Markets certification is preferred Education Any Bachelor s degree Benefits Market-competitive salary and performance-based incentives Employee benefits Opportunities for professional development and career growth Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location In person
