Job Title- Inside Sales Executive Location Shapar - Rajkot Gujarat Experience 2 to 5 Years Job summary We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries preparing quotations coordinating with production and dispatch teams and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets Roles Responsibilities Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers distributors and dealers Prepare quotations follow-ups and order confirmations Coordinate with production stores and dispatch teams for order execution Maintain and update CRM sales records and customer databases Support field sales team with pricing documentation and customer communication Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Ensure timely closure of sales and achievement of monthly targets Handle customer queries related to products pricing delivery and after-sales support Skills Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales Sales Coordination Back Office Sales Experience in industrial products such as valves pipes fittings or engineering products preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel email communication and ERP CRM systems Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities efficiently Basic understanding of technical product specifications is an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma BE BTech BCom BBA in relevant discipline Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environment Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills Proactive result-oriented and team player Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience B2B sales Inside Sales 2 years Required Sales Coordination Back Office Sales 2 years Required Work Location In person
