JOB DESCRIPTION BITUMAG Industries Pvt Ltd is a company in the forefront of the production of waterproofing membranes in polymer modified bitumen BITUMAG Industries has one of the largest production capacity in India Bitumag is a part of Ducol Organics Colours Ltd Ducol Organics Colours Ltd Established in 1994 Ducol is a listed company on India Stock Exchange It s renowned pigment dispersions company It specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of pigments preparations concentrates pastes colorants and masterbatches Its robust fundamentals deep market understanding and enduring partnerships have made Ducol a market leader over the years ROLE Store In-Charge Finished Goods LOCATION Lamdapura Manjusar Savli-391775 RESPONSIBILITIES Production Handover Receive finished membrane rolls from the production line verify quantity batch numbers and packaging quality Organized Stacking Ensure rolls are stacked vertically as per industry standards for bitumen membranes to avoid flattening or damage Dispatch Loading Coordinate loading of trucks based on Sales Orders Prepare necessary paperwork including Delivery Challans Invoices and Gate Passes Stock Reconciliation Conduct daily physical stock counts to match system inventory Return Management Process customer returns identifying if they are saleable or rejected and updating records accordingly QUALIFICATION Education Graduate Commerce Science or 10 2 with a Diploma in Warehouse Management Experience 2-4 years in a manufacturing unit preferably in construction chemicals or plastics Skills Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software Knowledge of Safety Protocols for handling hazardous flammable materials Physical stamina to supervise loading unloading in a factory environment Ability to operate or supervise material handling equipment forklifts hydra cranes Local Candidates of Vadodara are highly preferable Interested candidates share your CV s on hr admin bitumag co in OR WhatsApp - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
