The Building Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning execution supervision and quality control QC of construction activities at site The role ensures that all works are executed as per approved drawings technical specifications safety norms and quality standards while meeting project timelines and cost objectives Key Responsibilities Construction Site Execution Supervise day-to-day construction activities including civil structural finishing and services coordination Ensure execution as per approved drawings BOQs method statements and specifications Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and subcontractors Monitor work progress and prepare daily weekly progress reports Plan manpower materials machinery and resources efficiently Implement and monitor Quality Control procedures at all stages of construction Ensure materials used at site comply with approved samples specifications and test reports Conduct inspections for RCC works reinforcement shuttering concreting Masonry plastering waterproofing Finishing works tiles paint joinery Coordinate and verify material testing cube tests soil tests steel tests etc Identify quality deviations issue Non-Conformance Reports NCRs and ensure corrective actions Maintain QC documentation checklists inspection records and test reports Ensure compliance with ISO internal quality standards if applicable Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at site Conduct toolbox talks and support site safety audits Ensure work permits and safety practices are followed by contractors Liaise with project managers for planning execution and issue resolution Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections with clients consultants Assist in certification of contractor bills based on measured work Support snag-list preparation and project handover activities Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Relevant certifications in Quality Management Construction Safety preferred Experience Skills Robust knowledge of building construction practices and QC procedures Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Familiarity with IS codes quality standards and testing procedures Hands-on experience in site execution and quality inspections Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD basic and reporting tools Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 14 444 72 - 43 062 68 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
