Job Title HR Intern Duration 3-6 Months Location In office Hybrid Remote Stipend If applicable About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment employee engagement HR documentation and compliance processes Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment screening resumes scheduling interviews follow-ups Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support onboarding and induction activities Assist in drafting HR documents offer letters internship letters confirmations etc Help organize employee engagement activities Support attendance leave tracking and basic payroll coordination Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned Eligibility Requirements Pursuing or recently completed MBA PGDM in HR BBA or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes Proficiency in MS Excel Word and Google tools Willingness to learn proactive attitude and confidentiality awareness What You Will Gain Practical exposure to real-time HR operations Hands-on recruitment and people management experience Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Internship certificate potential pre-placement opportunity performance-based Job Types Full-time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
