We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marine Mechanic Fitter to join our marine operations team The candidate will be responsible for installation maintenance and repair of marine mechanical systems ensuring safe and efficient operation of vessels and equipment Key Responsibilities Carry out installation overhauling and maintenance of marine machinery Perform fitting alignment and assembly of mechanical components Assist in repair of main engines auxiliary engines pumps compressors and valves Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance Identify faults and support troubleshooting activities Assist during dry docking afloat repairs and onboard maintenance Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards Maintain work reports and job completion records Coordinate with supervisors engineers and technical teams Eligibility Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical Marine Fitter Trade Minimum 2-5 years experience as a Marine Mechanic Fitter Experience working in shipyards vessels or marine workshops Basic understanding of marine engines and auxiliary systems Skills Required Strong hands-on mechanical and fitting skills Knowledge of tools measuring instruments and alignment techniques Ability to read basic mechanical drawings Good understanding of safety practices Ability to work in confined spaces and onboard vessels Preferred Experience Exposure to dry dock repairs and afloat maintenance Experience on coastal or offshore vessels Knowledge of pumps hydraulics and marine piping systems Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
