We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of people property and assets The ideal candidate will supervise security guards enforce company policies and respond effectively to incidents Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards Ensure all security procedures and policies are followed Monitor CCTV systems alarms and access control points Conduct regular patrols and security inspections Handle incidents emergencies and conflict situations professionally Prepare daily incident and shift reports Train recent security staff and provide ongoing guidance Coordinate with management and local authorities when required Requirements Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role Knowledge of security operations procedures and safety standards Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
