Interested Person contact me on (phone hidden) Position-Accountant for E-commerce accounting Key responsibilities End-to-end reconciliation Manage the full reconciliation process for payments from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart and others Report analysis Download analyse and reconcile platform-specific reports including sales payment and settlement data against internal records and bank statements Discrepancy resolution Investigate and resolve payment mismatches short or excess payments chargebacks and other discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and the marketplaces Financial record maintenance Ensure accurate financial data entry and maintain reconciliation sheets dashboards and documentation in accounting software like Tally Deduction verification Verify all deductions including commissions courier charges TCS and penalties against platform policies and contracts Reporting Prepare and present weekly or monthly management information MIS profit and loss P L statements and margin analysis reports Process improvement Recommend and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the reconciliation process Required skills and qualifications Experience with e-commerce platforms and accounting for them Strong understanding of accounting and reconciliation principles Proficiency in using accounting software like Tally and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel e g VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
