Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Chennai The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and promoting our educational programs to achieve enrollment targets Key Responsibilities Counsel students on academic programs course selections and career opportunities Handle inquiries from walk-ins calls emails and social media leads Understand student needs and provide personalized guidance to help them choose suitable programs Assist in admissions processes including registration documentation and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities Provide information about curriculum eligibility fees scholarship options and career outcomes Conduct orientation sessions webinars and academic guidance workshops when required Collaborate with academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience Meet weekly monthly counseling and conversion targets Build strong rapport with students and parents to support their educational decisions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline education or psychology background is a plus 0-2 years of experience in academic counseling customer service or education sector Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong listening skills and the ability to understand student needs Good organizational and follow-up abilities Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital communication platforms Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Job Type Full time Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Adyar Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Language English Required TAMIL Required Work Location In person
