Roles Responsibilities - Operations Executive Manage and coordinate the movement of Skinnsi machines across centres to ensure optimal utilization and minimal downtime Prepare track and maintain daily field team rosters D-1 ensuring effective allocation of resources across centres Oversee infrastructure-related issues across all centres including planning and coordinating rectifications for MakeO centres Map roster and manage Skinnsi therapists across all West region centres including allocation and movement of floater therapists as required Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Finance VM Operations and Tech to gather data and support smooth centre operations Work from different centres across the West region to proactively resolve operational infrastructure and on-ground challenges Troubleshoot and ensure seamless functioning of Toothsi scanners coordinating with the tech team for timely issue resolution Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset and flexibility to work extended hours up to 10 30-11 30 PM to finalize next-day appointment rosters and allocations Manage petty cash for all retail centres coordinate with HO for timely fund credits and support front-end teams on petty cash-related issues Handle vendor management across the region including coordination follow-ups and issue resolution Support all centres in achieving high operational efficiency and delivering a seamless customer experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
