Job Title Laboratory Technician Department Science Laboratory Services Reporting To Laboratory In-Charge Scientist Medical Officer Key Responsibilities Collect label and prepare samples blood urine tissue chemicals etc for analysis Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment Maintain proper documentation of test results and observations Ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals samples and biohazard waste Prepare chemical solutions and reagents as per standard protocols Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and place orders as needed Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Assist senior researchers pathologists or lab supervisors with specialized tests Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in reporting data and results Skills Qualifications Diploma B Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Experience in laboratory testing and sample handling preferred Knowledge of laboratory equipment techniques and safety procedures Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and reporting skills Computer literacy for data entry and result documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
