About the Role

Hyrespot is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations across multiple districts and drive business growth. If you have a proven track record in Channel Sales, Team Management, and Distributor Development, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales operations across multiple districts/territories.

Recruit, train, coach, and lead District Sales Managers (DSMs).

Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of Sales experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple districts or territories.
- Strong experience in recruiting, training, and leading sales teams.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets.




- Mandatory experience in Channel Sales and Team Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
