- Synergy Hr is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Zonal Head - West for a leading wealth management firm.

Location: Mumbai (handling West region)

Role: Leadership position managing high-performing teams & driving business growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and scale the West region business across key markets

- Drive revenue, AUM growth, and client acquisition strategies

- Hire, manage and mentor a team of Wealth Managers / RMs

- Strengthen relationships with HNI / UHNI / Family Office clients

- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate:

- 15-18 years of experience in wealth/private banking

- Proven track record in managing large teams & revenue targets

- Strong client connect in the West market

- Currently in a leadership role with a reputed wealth/private banking firm
