Experience : 8-10 Years (Mandatory experience in Microfinance/MFI sector)
Key Requirements
Strong experience in recruitment within the MFI sector
Team handling / team leading experience is mandatory
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations at Zonal level
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Open for branch visits:- 7-8 Visits per month
