Vedantu is looking for a YouTube Growth Manager to lead and scale our YouTube growth engine, driving audience growth, engagement, monetization, and end-to-end business impact. This is a high-ownership role where you'll be responsible for shaping YouTube strategy, optimizing content performance, building creator ecosystems, and owning category-level P&L.; Working at the intersection of content, growth, marketing, and business, you'll leverage audience insights, data, and experimentation to build scalable content ecosystems that drive measurable growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute the end-to-end YouTube growth strategy across views, watch time, subscribers, revenue, and category P&L.;

Develop and implement content strategies informed by audience insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

Optimize key YouTube performance metrics, including CTR, audience retention, watch time, engagement, session duration, and revenue per view.

Build, manage, and scale partnerships with educators and creators to strengthen content quality and audience engagement.

Design and expand distribution strategies across owned communities, partner networks, and external platforms.

Drive monetization initiatives by creating effective content-to-conversion funnels that transform free users into paid learners.

Lead continuous experimentation across thumbnails, titles, hooks, content formats, publishing cadence, and packaging to improve performance.

Analyze channel performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing,



Business, and Academic teams to execute go-to-market strategies and accelerate business growth.

Present growth insights, performance dashboards, revenue metrics, and P&L; updates to senior leadership.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential educators and creators while building and scaling new YouTube content categories from the ground up. What We're Looking For:

4–8 years of experience in YouTube Growth, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a related growth-focused role.

Demonstrated success in scaling YouTube channels with measurable impact on audience growth, engagement, and revenue.

Strong understanding of YouTube's recommendation algorithm and key performance drivers, including CTR, retention, watch time, and audience engagement.

Experience managing creators, content teams, or cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Proven experience in identifying, onboarding, and scaling educator or creator talent, with the ability to launch and grow current content categories from 0 to 1.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in EdTech, Consumer Internet, Digital Media, or the Creator Economy.

Familiarity with content monetization models such as subscriptions, online courses, or cohort-based learning.

Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, or other analytics and reporting tools.
