Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple locations within the assigned zone.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, statutory compliance, and quality processes.
- Drive operational excellence through productivity improvements, cost optimisation, and service enhancement.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, productivity, and customer service levels.
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability (P&L; responsibility).
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and operations teams.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
- Drive continuous process improvements,



ERP/WMS utilisation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Age below 50 years.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in Warehousing/Logistics Operations, preferably in FMCG/FMCD, with 3-5 years in a Zonal/Regional Manager role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple warehouses and geographically dispersed teams.
- Robust knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution planning, and logistics optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Advanced Excel; exposure to WMS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, MIS reporting, and performance management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi and Local language.
