Role Description The Director role at FlyNava Technologies is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that expand the adoption and impact of Jupiter across airline customers, including defining product direction, aligning pricing and revenue strategies, and ensuring delivery excellence.

The Director will oversee cross-functional teams, guide data-driven decision-making, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and customer success to translate market needs into scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting performance targets, managing key client relationships, monitoring revenue and operational metrics,



and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders. The role also involves building organizational capabilities, mentoring team members, and representing FlyNava in industry discussions, events, and executive-level engagements.

Qualifications

- Experience in airline, travel, or revenue management domains, with a strong understanding of pricing, fare management, and commercial strategy.
- Proven leadership background in directing cross-functional teams, setting strategic priorities, and managing complex, technology-driven initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, or decision intelligence platforms, with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and guide strategic outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior executives, customers, and partners.
- Track record of delivering measurable business results, such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and improved decision cycles.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive education is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a director-level or senior leadership role within a SaaS, analytics, or airline technology organization is highly beneficial.
