We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technician to join our Radiology Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to radiation safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed by the consulting physician.

- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.

- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment efficiently and safely.

- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing patient radiation exposure.

- Follow all radiation protection and infection control protocols.

- Verify patient identity and maintain accurate imaging records.

- Assist radiologists and physicians during special imaging procedures, when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of imaging equipment and work area.

- Report equipment malfunctions promptly to the concerned department.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for smooth patient care.

- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

- Maintain inventory of radiology consumables and assist in departmental documentation.
