Role Description This is a full time on-site Writer role based in Delhi, India. The Writer will develop clear, engaging content for social media posts, carousels, scripts, and other brand assets aligned with each client’s voice and strategy.

Day-to-day tasks include researching client industries, brainstorming content ideas, drafting and refining copy, and collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure cohesive visual and written storytelling. The role involves supporting AI-powered content workflows, adapting messaging for different platforms,



and optimizing content for clarity, engagement, and brand consistency. The Writer is expected to meet deadlines, participate in team reviews, and contribute creative input to content systems and campaign planning.

Qualifications

- Strong writing skills for social media, short-form content, and storytelling, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
- Experience in content planning, ideation, and basic content strategy for personal and business brands.
- Ability to research industries, audiences, and trends to create relevant and insight-driven content.
- Attention to detail in editing and proofreading to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts/Reels) and basic principles of digital marketing.
- Comfort working with AI tools for content support, with a focus on using them thoughtfully rather than mechanically.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, strategists, and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
