Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Writer role based in Indore. The Writer will develop clear, accurate, and engaging content that explains Northstar Oncology’s tests, technology, and impact on cancer care to both clinical and non-technical audiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising website copy, educational materials, articles, and marketing collateral; collaborating with clinical, product,



and marketing teams to translate complex scientific information into accessible language; and maintaining brand tone and consistency across all written communications. The role also involves conducting background research, fact-checking, and ensuring all content aligns with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to healthcare communications.

Qualifications

- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce concise, clear, and accurate content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with web content, marketing copy, or educational materials, preferably in healthcare, biotechnology, or a related technical field.
- Ability to conduct structured research, synthesize complex information, and fact-check scientific or medical content.
- Excellent command of en_US grammar and style, with attention to detail and consistency across documents.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and interviewing subject-matter experts to gather information.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage part time hours effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with oncology, molecular diagnostics, or clinical workflows is a plus, as is prior experience writing for healthcare professionals.
