- Manage complete workshop operations and service activities.

- Ensure timely repair and servicing of customer vehicles.

- Monitor job allocation and productivity of technicians.

- Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.

- Control workshop efficiency, turnaround time, and pending vehicles.

- Coordinate with spare parts department for availability of parts.

- Handle customer complaints related to service and repairs.

- Maintain records of service jobs, warranty claims, and workshop reports.

- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop safety procedures.

- Train and guide service advisors and technicians for improved performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
