We are hiring for an Associate Manager - Workday Techno Functional Consultant for our Chennai(Perungalathur) location. This is a 5-day work from office prospect with US shifts(6:30 pm - 3:30 am) and transport will be provided within a 25 Km radius. Please see below the and qualifications required for the same.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required

- Bachelors/masters degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 57 years of hands-on Workday configuration and support experience.
- Strong functional knowledge and configuration expertise in at least three of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting and Onboarding, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, US Payroll, Talent, and Reporting.
- Proven experience supporting annual processes including Open Enrollment, Merit/ACR cycles, and Performance Management launches.
- Solid understanding of US Payroll processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred Qualifications




- Workday Certified in one or more modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Integrations).
- Experience working in a global or multi-country Workday setting.
- Previous consulting or implementation partner experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent configuration skills in Workday HCM.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- High ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday reporting tools
